EXPERIENCE MORE
Grosvenor Place is the business address with more. More connection. More community. More Culture. From the brilliant mind of legendary architect Harry Seidler, this iconic building has evolved for today with a focus on enhancing the workplace experience. Bristling with life and brimming with extras, there’s more flexibility and more attention to detail. For those looking for a little more from their day, there’s so much more at Grosvenor Place.

MORE WORKPLACE WELLBEING
For those who like to fit more into their day, working at Grosvenor Place gives you and your team access to complimentary Pilates, Boot Camp, Run Club and yoga sessions. For a little more free-range exercise, some of Sydney’s most beautiful outdoor spaces are a few minutes’ walk: Observatory Hill, The Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Harbour foreshore or you can even walk across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and admire the view!
MORE INSPIRING
Great buildings have great art. Great minds are inspired by it. New York artist Frank Stella sits in the world’s best collections – including the Guggenheim and MoMA in New York and London’s Tate Modern. Stella also sits in Grosvenor Place. Commissioned by Harry Seidler during the 1980’s, ‘Pillars and Cones’ represents an understanding that works of art inspire and enhance the art of work.
MORE SOCIAL
More space for everyone. To escape the busy street. To chat. To meet. To people-watch. Harry Seidler believed the juxtaposition of public open spaces within the urban density was essential. The Piazza at Grosvenor Place is buzzing with life all throughout the day.

MORE ROOM TO MOVE
With a grand sense of scale, flooded with natural light and modern design touches, our new upper and lower lobbies offer an inspiring greeting to our Grosvenor Place community and their guests. The transformation of these thoroughfares to vibrant free-flowing spaces offers the opportunity for less formal catch ups, intimate conversations, and shared events.
MORE EVOLVED
Shaped by the changing times, Grosvenor Place benefits from continual investment and evolution. Featuring strong Wi-Fi throughout and Bluetooth building access, other recent upgrades include the refurbishment of the lobby, smart-lift modernisation, DAS upgrade, a new air conditioning system to ensure optimised air flow and energy efficiency and organic response lighting reducing energy consumption by 50%.
MORE SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability takes centre stage at Grosvenor Place. Targeting net-zero by 2024, every effort is made to respect the environment through the latest innovations including an onsite dehydrator that makes fertiliser from food waste. Toilets and showers use filtered harvested rainwater and 60,000 bees are hard at work on the roof making honey in their flower-filled purpose-built roof-space.

The building’s façade has been optimised to maximise natural light, reduce solar gains and energy consumption
Grosvenor Place employs ten waste streams and our recycling program uses less energy, fewer natural resources, and keeps waste from piling up in landfill
Grosvenor Place boasts a 4.5 star NABERS Energy Rating, a 4.5 star NABERS Waste Rating and 3.5 star NABERS Water Rating.
The LED lighting used within the building sets a new benchmark consuming much less power and lasting significantly longer
Toilets and showers use rainwater harvested from the upper lobby and adjoining rooftop
LESS WASTE
Efficient recycling and reducing the environmental impact of waste has resulted in a strategy of separating the building’s waste into four different categories: food waste, dry waste, co-mingled recyclables, and paper waste. In 2019 Grosvenor Place installed an Enrich 360 food dehydrator. Food waste collected from both office and retail customers is sent to the basement machine, converting it to a fertiliser that appears much like dirt. The entire building is now diverting 300kg of food waste each day, contributing to the combined diversion of up to 90% of daily waste from landfill. Four tonnes of chemical-free fertiliser are created each month, which is bagged up and gifted to anyone in the Grosvenor Place community.
MORE FUTURE READY
Seriously modernised, Grosvenor Place has been transformed with more than $32 million of upgrades in the last three years. To make days run smoother, clever and considered technology has been incorporated including Smart Lifts, blue-tooth building access, strong Wi-Fi throughout and license plate recognition.
WHY WE NEED MORE BEES
Bees do essential work for people and the planet. Sadly, bee populations in Australia and globally are in decline. Creating sustainable environments for bees to flourish and continue their important pollination work benefits every living thing on earth.
MORE LIGHT AND SHADE
The building’s floor to ceiling windows were designed for maximum light and views and are cleverly fitted with tilted hollow aluminium sunshades to deflect solar heat gain. This reduces the load on air conditioning (and the environment) and increases the control and use of natural light.
